that's very easy first insert your pen drive before booting(START).
(your bios must be flash drive supportable)
then set the first boot device to CD ROM from bios.
then insert the CD & let the comp boot.
then you will see some thing like "checking your hardware configuration
then a blue screen will appear then just follow the instructions..
then you will get a screen to select the drive on which xp will be installed there you select
your pen drive which is easily indicated by a label or a letter for e.g:h:,k:,i: etc...
then press enter and format your pen drive(not compulsory)and install...
its better to have a 4 GB or above pen drive...
